Our staff are fitness and reformer qualifications & a passion for wellness.

Individual coaching aims to improve muscular strength, endurance and control which is important for reducing the risk of injury and rehabilitation after injury. We work with you to become more familiar with your body and work on your balance, stability, control & flexibility.

Effectively stabilising your body through use of breath, precision, control and flow.

Pilates workouts enhance overall muscle balance by targeting deep abdominal muscles and those surrounding the spine. This strengthens your core significantly and teaches you proper breathing techniques essential for executing movements with optimal strength and precision. Coordinating breath with movement improves muscle engagement, minimizing strain on lower back, neck muscles & joints.

We have clients in our group classes recovering from surgeries, herniated discs, as well as clients with surgical plates. We adapt our reformer exercises to work with their limitations, increase mobility and speed up recovery.

Our studio is equipped with a range of equipment to suit your needs. We utilise this equipment in one-on-one sessions to improve your overall health and wellness.

Times & days can be negotiated. We must stress that we are not exercise physiologist or Physios. We can however work with your health care team to provide exercises that promote recovery.
