If you're new to Reformer Pilates but would like to know what it's all about, we have our free REFORMER ESSENTIALS class. As a safety measure, you cannot participate in any of the Reformer classes until you have attended a REFORMER ESSENTIALS class first. If you have done reformer before and feel confident using the machine, you can just book into your class. Reformer Essentials is a free class that you can book below.  Our studio is new and now is the perfect time to book in and ease yourself into pilates as our classes are still small.
