A non-slip rubber exercise mat. Perfect for exercises at home or on the go. The mat has a lovely affirmation "Gratitude" or "Breathe" written down the side, to remind you to be grateful for the positve things in your life or take a moment to breathe. The top surface is white. The text is heat stamped so it is a milk tea colour to match the underside of the mat. The underside of the Mat is a light brown type colour. 
Each mat comes wrapped in tissue paper, rolled and placed into a cardboard box.
