REFORMER STUDIO

Our Reformer Pilates Studio holds nine reformers. The reformers are custom made and designed by us. They are designed to suit all bodies. We have a large range of props to support your workout, such as hand weights, weighted balls, magic circles, poles, boxes, pregnancy wedges and rubber mats for additional support under your knees or elbows for those of you that are a bit older, have mobility challenges or prior injuries. The studio is gorgeous with air-conditioning with health filters to reduce airborne pathogens.
