This is an excellent class for those looking to combine cardio with joint-friendly exercises and coordination training. By adjusting the springs to provide resistance during jumping movements, you will definitely get your sweat on. This is a fast pace class giving you a cardiovascular workout without putting excessive strain on your joints. This is mainly a lower body workout, with a few upper body moves. Moreover, focusing on coordination not only keeps the mind engaged but also enhances overall movement efficiency, which is beneficial for everyday activities. Connecting breath to movement is a fundamental aspect of many exercise forms, fostering better body awareness and control. The inclusivity of this class, catering to all ages, fitness levels, and abilities, is fantastic. It ensures that everyone can participate.

Cancellation Policy
Classes and sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 12 hours prior to the booked time. If you do not show you will be charged a $20 fee (for unlimited plans) or forfeit a class off your plan/pack, so please ensure you cancel your spot. It is up to the discretion of management to reschedule your class or charge the fee. Classes/sessions can only be booked up to 10 days in advance. This gives everyone an opportunity to book classes. Classs and sessions can be booked online up to 2 hours before the start time'. You can also add yourself to the 'waitlist'. Waitlisted people will be advised that a spot has opened up and you will have 15 minutes to accept before it is offered to the next person on the waitlist.
