This is an advanced class. Work Your Body - INTERMEDIATE is a prerequisite. The moves will challenge you and then some! Great balance, stability and strength are required for this class. You may not be able to walk out of this class without shaking 😬🤣.

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS. Classes and sessions can be cancelled up to 12 hours prior to the class start time. RESCHEDULE. Classes can be rescheduled up to 1 hour prior to the class start time. LATE BOOKINGS: Online booking system closes 30 minutes prior to each class. After this you will need to message us or turn up and try your luck. WAITLIST: You can also add yourself to the 'waitlist'. Waitlisted people will be advised that a spot has opened up and you will have 30 minutes to accept before it is offered to the next person on the waitlist. PRIVATE SESSIONS. Private classes can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before. After that there is a cancellation fee of $55 per session. NO SHOWS or CANCELLATIONS AFTER THE ABOVE CUT OFF TIMES. Your class will be deducted from your plan/membership/pack. If you do not have any available classes, you will be charged a $10 fee. RESPECT. We book and pay our staff based on bookings. Please message us using the website or app chat function, Messenger or SMS 0474 217 265 to book in late or to let us know that you won't be coming. It is up to the discretion of management to reschedule your class or charge the fee.
