This Reformer Stretch class is ideal for anyone and everyone, but especially beneficial for those who sit for long periods, struggle to touch their toes, or move through life feeling stiff and achy. Each muscle group in your body will be stretched, helping to release tension and increase flexibility. Through soothing breathwork, myofascial release, active and passive stretching, and gentle movement, you’ll find deep relaxation and reconnect with your body in a whole new way. Inspired by the principles of Yin yoga, mindfulness, and modern science, this class offers a transformative experience for both body and mind. No matter your experience level, our class is designed to meet you where you are. With modifications and adjustments for all, whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to Reformer, you'll leave feeling stretched, restored, and deeply centered. Join us for a truly magical practice that will leave you feeling renewed inside and out. 30 minutes of stretch with 5-10 minutes of guided audio meditation, which you're welcome to stay and enjoy. 🤎🙏🏼

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS. Classes and sessions can be cancelled up to 12 hours prior to the class start time. RESCHEDULE. Classes can be rescheduled up to 1 hour prior to the class start time. LATE BOOKINGS: Online booking system closes 30 minutes prior to each class. After this you will need to message us or turn up and try your luck. WAITLIST: You can also add yourself to the 'waitlist'. Waitlisted people will be advised that a spot has opened up and you will have 30 minutes to accept before it is offered to the next person on the waitlist. PRIVATE SESSIONS. Private classes can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before. After that there is a cancellation fee of $55 per session. NO SHOWS or CANCELLATIONS AFTER THE ABOVE CUT OFF TIMES. Your class will be deducted from your plan/membership/pack. If you do not have any available classes, you will be charged a $10 fee. RESPECT. We book and pay our staff based on bookings. Please message us using the website or app chat function, Messenger or SMS 0474 217 265 to book in late or to let us know that you won't be coming. It is up to the discretion of management to reschedule your class or charge the fee.
