No worries about feeling unsure – we've got your back to ensure you're comfy and safe. Best part? It's totally on the house, and you can drop in as many times as you like to boost your confidence before joining the real deal classes! Let's get ready to reform!

Work Your Body

Duration: 45 minutes
Get ready to sweat it out and feel the burn with our Work Your Body Reformer Class! This isn't just any workout routine—it's a full-body experience designed to amp up your strength and stability. We're all about Pilates principles here, so expect controlled movements and breath work to get those muscles firing. Plus, we mix things up every session, targeting different areas to keep your fitness journey fresh and exciting. And guess what? We've got equipment options too—magic circles, hand weights, booty bands, flow balls, you name it! So, if you're ready to crush your fitness goals and see those gains, hop on board.

Gentle
Reformer
Places: 9 clients, 1 Instructor
Duration: 40 minutes.

Slow & Simple. Perfect for those who’ve wrapped up the Essentials class, have some reformer experience in the past, those recovering from injuries or just getting back in to exercise! This is also great for pregnant women, in all stages of pregnancy (our trainers are qualified in pre & post natal). Great if you want a gentler slower reformer class and want to stretch out those muscles.
This 35-minute class focuses on simpler movements and slower transitions, with a 5-minute meditation to finish. It’s designed to boost your strength, stability, flexibility, circulation, and overall musculoskeletal health. No fancy moves here. Just the basics designed to stretch your body and improve flexibility, whilst also strengthening and improving your balance and core stability.

Our skilled instructors are here to tailor every exercise to fit your needs—no problem if kneeling isn’t your thing; we’ll modify as needed. Dive into Reformer Pilates with us, where every move is slow, controlled, and crafted to help you feel your best!

If you're after more of a challenge, our Work Your Body class would be more suitable.
Things to note...
Our Studio is used to host all of our group classes. The majority of our group classes use our custom designed Reformer Machines. You can learn more about the machines here. Our weekly timetable is available here.
What to bring:

Towel - if you would like. Not essential as we use sanitising wipes between clients.

Water bottle - we have a filtered, chilled water tap in the studio for you to refill.

Grip Socks (ESSENTIAL - YOU CANNOT PARTICIPATE WITHOUT GRIP SOCKS. If you don't have a pair, you can purchase some when you arrive)
